Reproduction of the original gas tank vent valve that's installed on various 1968-70 Buick, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, and Pontiac models. Manufactured in injection molded plastic to factory specifications. This commonly damaged or missing valve mounts on the frame rail. One vapor line comes off of gas tank and goes to this valve. Originally, this valve included cotton inside the valve. This is a replacement that does not include the cotton. We recommend putting 1 cotton ball in the valve to keep dirt from entering the gas tank. Original GM part number # 403846. Note: Not for use with station wagon models.
