Easy Returns

We get it, shopping online can be scary, and sometimes things don't go as planned.  Use our 4 easy steps to get your return in motion and continue on down the road!

How to Return

  1.  Check the items return policy. Make sure your item is eligible for return by reading our Return Policy.
     
  2. Login to your account and choose the New Return menu item to begin your RMA. Select the order associated with the product you wish to return.
     
  3. Fill out the questionnaire to submit your return.  If it's eligible for a return, you will receive an email with information on how to get the item back to us which may include a prepaid return shipping label.
     
  4. Pack everything up.  Make sure the product is in its original packaging, and that you include all the parts of the product including original accessories, documentation and any bonus items (if applicable).  Pack everything up in a box with your RMA  Authorization form and then seal it and put your return shipping label on the box.
     
  5. Ship it back to us.  Drop off your package at the correct shipping location near you.  Once it ships, you can track the progress of your return with the tracking number provided to you (if applicable).

Once we have received your item and inspected it, we'll process a refund or replacement (if requested) within 10 business days.

Please be aware that return shipping labels are only valid for 14 days after we email them to you.  Your items must be shipped within 14 days of receiving approval to return your item.

FAQ

Can I Return My Product?
Products may be returned for a full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee after 30 days. No returns after 1 year (365 Days).  Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

  • Electrical Items, Custom Painted Products, Embroidered Products, Glass, Complete Bodies, Complete Front and Rear Ends, Special Order Items, Differentials, Axles, Wheels, Tires, Literature, CD and DVD Items, Videos, Printed Materials, Seatbelts, Stencil Kits, Stripe Kits, Gauges, Switches, and Used Parts.

Do I have to Pay a Restocking Fee?
Damaged, defective, and incorrect products will be refunded or exchanged at no cost to you. However, for any returns that is not the result of our error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and will not be reimbursed the original shipping fee incurred by {Name}. {Name} does not charge restocking fees with the exception of the following products:

  • Lloyd Branded Products have a 50% Restocking Fee
  • Covercraft, Auto Custom Carpets, Lectric Limited, and any interior trim panels and seat covers have a 30% Restocking Fee
  • American Autowire Products have a 20% Restocking Fee
  • Products returned after 30 days have a 30% Restocking Fee

Am I Responsible for Return Shipping?
 In most cases the answer is Yes.  The only exceptions to this are if you received a part number that is not what you ordered, an item arrived defective, or if the manufacturer confirms our catalog information is incorrect.
