This new laser cut shifter detent may be used to replace your old worn out factory detent. This is not all that is needed to enable your shifter to work with a 3-speed automatic transmission. You must either use with factory 3-speed transmission parts, or a Shiftworks 3-Speed Transmission Connection Kit.
